Public Transport Fashion Shoot

My good friend Izzy and I really wanted to collaborate on a new photoshoot and have a little bit of fun in the process, outside of what we’d done before. We discussed concepts - and thought we could do an edgy shoot on Nottingham’s public transport.

We discussed outfits - We really wanted one edgy, bright and contrast-y look, and one that was dark and smarter. We also had to talk logistics…A Saturday morning in Nottingham was sure to have people everywhere - but we ended up with a bus to ourselves and a tram where we could navigate around the busy sections.

We were sooo lucky with the weather and not disrupting anyone. I did get carried away shooting and forgot that I get veery travel sick - so we actually didn’t shoot for long at all (because I needed a long time to recover!). I actually love these images and think they’re so interesting and visually satisfying! I love the colours, the depth of the light and the shadows - and the personality Izzy always brings. Obsessed!
